Cop pulls me over today while I'm on my way home from work. He gets to my window and without pause says "Now why would you wear your seat-belt under your arm then put it back over your shoulder like that?" Me: "what?, I didn't even realize I did that so I don't know, I guess for comfort". He says, "you're not allowed to wear the seat-belt under your arm, you have to wear it over the shoulder at all times". I ask: "OK, so it's against the law?" He skirts around that one and says "you aren't allowed to wear it like that, it needs to be worn properly at all times. It's CLICK-IT or TICKET month!"

Note of irony: it is completely legal to ride a motorcycle with no helmet in Texas

That's what the title of the article would've been had I been the journalist on this story. Fucking bullshit...the tiger escapes from a Zoo (AKA MAN MADE ENCLOSURE to keep wild animals in against their will because we humans wanna control every damn thing) so the tiger escapes...whose fault? ours. The tiger ends up killing a person out of instinct. The cops come in and shoot the tiger then give each other high fives and stand posing next to the dead tiger for pics. (well that's how i imagine it)

To kill the animal rather than tranquilize it and put it back into the cage is alarmingly idiotic and depressing...
